** To qualify for the roof warranty, the roof must be a slopped roof covered by asphalt shingles & composition roofing. A separate roof inspection must be requested, at no additional cost, in addition to the home inspection. The warranty does not include existing defective components or aspects to the roof, which will be disclosed in the inspection. The defective components can be repaired by a licensed roofing contractor and the repair receipt may be submitted to the warranty company. Once the defective components are repaired, the entire roof will be covered under the warranty.
